We process personal data under EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and UK GDPR + Data Protection Act 2018. The full statement covers lawful bases (Article 6), special categories (Article 9), data subject rights (Articles 15–22), international transfer mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, UK IDTA), and how to exercise rights with our office.
