These Terms govern your use of Crypto License Services's website and the descriptive content of our services. They don't in themselves create a lawyer–client relationship. That relationship is established only through a separate engagement letter.

Intellectual property

All site content, design and brand assets are the property of Crypto License Services. The brandbook including the CLS logo, palette and typography is proprietary.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Statutory rights of consumers are not affected.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
